Making cable orientation persistent? (across machines)

  • I seem to lose the orientation I want (USB cable on back) every time I switch computers. Is there a way to make it always be the same? Or is there some setting I need to change on each computer (or the max patch), so the cable always orients that way?

  • Have you tried using the "rotate" patch? I just applied it once on every computer I use and this made cable orientation persistent in my case.

  • I could've sworn I've done it on both computers, but when I go back and forth it changes.

  • the setting should be saved in serialosc's prefs, per computer, linked to the device concerned.

    is this not working?
