White Whale - Possible modification of firmware

    I am wondering if the firmware could be modded to use the lower half of a 256 rather than the top?

    I think it would be more useful (for me) to use the lower half as it would provide a visual indication of the top and bottom butoons better.

    does anyone else think this ?

    Or would someone be willing to carry out the mod ?

    This view has been expressed in other threads before. Using the whole 256 would be sweet...But I think the monome guys are busy with new modules first.
