road case on the cheap

    Stumbled across this at FYE today. It's a "Locking DVD Binder" made by Vaultz. It seemed the perfect size for storage/transport of my arduinome 64 (built using a machinecollective faceplate). Picked it up for just over $15 w/ tax. Took it home, dremeled the rivets holding the binder clip in, added a piece of memory foam and had a functional road case.

    Here's some close approximations of the dimensions of the case.

    inner dimensions - 9 3/4" x 10 3/4" x 2 3/4"
    outer dimensions - 10 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 3 1/4"
