    Yeah, so sad. He's been helping elektron's users for years, beside being a great person. RIP.

    didn't know him really well but had a few interactions through here and the elektron boards. just echoing the sentiment -- super helpful nice guy, really sad to see this. sending my best wishes to his family. if you get a sec head over to his soundcloud page, some great tracks found within.

    Terrible news. I bought my beloved walnut 64 off ryan some years back. That was my only dealing with him but he was a really nice guy. Chatty on e-mails and stuff. Very sorry to hear this news.
