what service have fellow monomers successfully used to ship from the US to the UK? usps? ups?

are there import taxes for receiving in the UK?

I have used USPS Priority International Mail in the past (to Australia) for monomes and quite a few Moogerfoogers and they have all come through safely. You get tracking and the cost point seemed to be the most economical....

Is the Arc 4 still available?
